Keep them in a shady spot for a few days so they can get used to the shock of having been dug up, watering all the while. Here is some ornamental sorrel (which is an absolute bugger to control - it seeds itself while you're not looking), some Creeping Jenny, a little feverfew, and some Irish moss.
