A blog about the lives of a classical homeschooling family, in the idyllic Wet Coast, err, West Coast, of British Columbia. Oh, I know, it doesn't ALWAYS rain...it just seems like it.

New Horizons
One of us here has entered a new world. With his own money, too. One day it was Thomas trains and Chupa Chups; now it's building complicated LEGO sets and making movies with them.
Sigh, yes. It certainly isn't me, much as I'd like it to be. I haven't got the disposable income he has. He is loving it, but not the rules (since we have wireless it has to sleep in the living room at night, he can't use it every second of every day, etc etc, only going to prove what an OPPRESSIVE parent I am).
I'm holding out for the iPad. If only someone would send me on for a review post!
